contribution to the breed.

herding desire, natural working ability, conformation, mental and physical stability and overall genetic
    soundness.

  • A clear video tape showing the working instinct, herding desire, natural working ability, and conformation must
    accompany the Merit Registration
  • DNA test results may be added to show the genetic soundness
  • Trial awards, points or certificates, if applicable, should be attached to application
  • Fee is $100.00 per dog

The TCR reserves the right to revoke any Registration Certificate for the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent information - the TCR may revoke any Certificate and/or refuse to register any dog or litter bred by
or owned by the person that is involved in fraudulent activities
  • Lack of payment or returned checks - the TCR may revoke any Certificate for the lack of payment or for
insufficient funds from a person requesting registration. If a check returns for insufficient funds the TCR will
not accept any personal checks from that person in the future. A return check fee of $250.00 will be assessed
    to the offender.
  • Loss of Privileges - the TCR may chose to decline registration of individual dogs or litters of those owners
and/or breeders that are known to give false information concerning the authenticity of their dogs, dog’s
ancestors, parentage and any information concerning that person’s dogs and/or Kennel.
